Description of Services
Luminode offers web development, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, branding, professional photography and digital consulting services. Specific services, scope and pricing are agreed individually with each client.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Luminode and is protected by Honduras intellectual property laws and international treaties. Reproduction without written authorization is not permitted.
User Content
By submitting information to us through our contact form, you grant us permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if applicable, preparing a service proposal.
Limitation of Liability
Luminode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site. Our professional services are subject to separate contractual agreements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
